What was the point of the War of Five Kings and aftermath, basically the entire first 6 seasons?
When Dany arrived the Lannisters spawned in a new army anyway and were no weaker than they were at the start of the war
So it was all filler

Who cares anymore?
It's over.
Time to move on.

>every has to have a point
How about not watching garbage huh dipshits??

What is a "do sex machine horse"?

This, it was all filler.

Animopron's new vid is coming out next month

DnD ran out of motivation so they just ended it. With a little work it wouldve been possible to tie up everything in the last season

>1
Making Daenerys more paranoid and help her madness
>2
Wait, when?
>3
Side effect of being trained as an assassin. Helped killing the Freys
>4
Becoming a better person, which he did become, even if he kept loving Cersei
>5
Helping Jaime become a better person and having Brienne forget Renly and find affection
>6
Climbing social ladder
>7
Bad writting
>8
Defeating the walkers
>9
Daenerys brought them, they had nothing else to do in Westeros
>10&11
Just some prophecies, didn't mean to be objectively true

I wonder why nobody is mad at Jon having ressurected...

Ask /d/

Break The Wheel!!!

Two wheels win in the end.

I think you're mistaken about which part was filler.

He decided to fuck off for a bit.

t. D&D

1. To create disorder and be the final straw that turns Dany into a conqueror rather than a benevolent leader. She's not mad, she just gave in to being a conqueror.

2. He used the ravens to find and begin luring the Night King

3. Facilitate her revenge against the Freys and aid in the WFTD

4. Become a better person. He did.

5. Become a better person.

6. Climbing up the social ladder

7. Not a deus ex machina, just a way for Arya to look cool while escaping down the burned street.

8. Aid in defeating AOTD and reviving Jon.

9. D&D saying dumb shit basically. And likely because they just fuck off back to Essos or Naath at the end.

10. And 11. Prophecies that were fulfilled and that fans overanalyzed.

>1
Gave him a claim to the throne and created tension between him and Dany. Just because the claim wasn't fulfilled into him sitting on the throne doesn't mean that storyline was useless.
>2
There was none.
>3
There was none. Oh, wait, she killed Walder Frey. So it allowed the writers to deal with a character they didn't want to bother with anymore, and a bunch of blue haired girls probably cheered when it happened.
>4
Debatable, you could say that it was about him becoming a better person and redeeming himself, but that even when you stripped away the bad parts, his love for Cersei still remained. Honestly not one of the most butchered storylines on the show, but clumsily executed for sure.
>5
It was about Brienne finding acceptance and coming out of her shell, etc. Again, not the most butchered storyline on the show.
>6
Side character that they latched on to for some reason, that one was really retarded
>7
Is this the white horse Arya climbs onto at the end of ep5? Just poetic/surrealist imagery to give a 2deep4u feel, completely pointless.
>8
Well, according to the show's logic it was all focused on aiding Arya's survival and allowing her to teleport in and stab the NK. Was that satisfying? Not really.
>9
D&D kinda forgot that the Dothraki all died. But seriously, the Unsullied calling the shots for Jon and Tyrion was one of the worst aspects of that last episode. They should have essentially become a non-issue at that point. Grey Worm is another side character that they latched onto like Bronn, but for him it was obviously because muh PoC.
>10
>11
That was Jon.

grrm wrote himself into a corner, and d&d just ignored the corner

This is all pretty simple, actually

1. Have Sex
2. Have Sex
3. Have Sex
4. Have Sex
5. Have Sex
6. Have Sex
7. Have Sex
8. Have Sex
9. Have Sex
10. Have Sex
11. Have Sex

Hope that clears things up for you, user :)

>He used the ravens to find and begin luring the Night King
You gave him more motive than the show did. That was never clearly shown or hinted at, and even if it did, it would have been pointless. The mark that Bran had on him was luring the NK.

>point numero 2
he was "recording" the whole thing in detail

Why? Did the white walkers rape anyone?
