That's a bootleg theater-camera rip put onto VHS before the movie was released to home video and the case is from the legit VHS release of TPM, but it was an extra you had to get, though I forget how.

Watch a different movie and use the rewinder to rewind the other tape. You do own a separate rewinder, right? Even though the other one will be done in a couple minutes, you will be into the other film and not care.
