I've been taking finasteride with a high dose of zinc (natural aromatase inhibitor) since 2011 and my erections are perfectly fine. From what I know there is no study that shows a correlation between finasteride intake and liver damage. Finasteride is associated with slight transient serum aminotransferase elevations.
