Lady Macbeth is the one who pushes her husband to do the deed instead of being a pussy.

Because the guilt drove her mad. Same way MacBeth starts hallucinating and seeing ghosts as a manifestation of his guilty consciousness after he turns into a bloody tyrant. It's one of the prevailing themes in the play, you can't run from guilt like you can't run from destiny.
