Because they don't give a shit. It's obvious they have not given a shit this whole season. The only remotely entertaining episode was 5, because over half of it was pure spectacle. The writing has been extremely sophomoric and one-note. They've discarded any pretense of political intrigue in favor of the most phoned-in lazy ending ever, where the Starks get everything on a silver platter, and Jon gets sent north which is all his mopey ass really wanted in the first place.

that smoke was from a chimney, not a car. i don't know what condition the vehicle i'm sure you own and operate is in but cars don't produce that kind of exhaust. the car that was in the theatrical and non-bluray releases of fellowship was on the horizon above what you circled, driving leftward. you could only see the reflection off its mirrors and a slight dust trail behind it if you zoomed in
