Fixed issue where the player would enter a room if another player had already placed the bomb as an attachment to a character.
It is now more likely that the player will find the bomb when leaving a room if another player could already put the bomb.

Difference is that a dive bombing drops one or a couple bombs and is done, it doesn't strafe an entire fleet covered in anti-aircraft guns alone until the entire fleet is sunk.
