I'm definitely more positive about this than any other live-action remake of disney classics. Mulan had some stunning cinematography and scale for a disney film, trying to replicate it with modern day technology may actually end up entertaining.

Disney is going to fail hard on that front by making it too grounded. If the spectacle is anything like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, it's going to be a snoozefest for Chinese audiences.

Epic battles and stuff. Honestly this is the only Disney movies that's worth remaking because the original is like an hour of great setup and disappointing last act that makes most of the previous hour irrelevant so they can improve on it.
