Dany going insane is what George planned. It wasn't out of character for Her to burn everything, it's just that Dumb and Dumber rushed the plot so much that they got to where she's supposed to snap with hardly any build up. The Bells Sven will happen in the book, just written better.

Oh come on. Are you saying that if you had a dragon you would destroy villages just to watch them burn?

no shit sherlock
whats the point of this thread?

Rushing it made it better. If D&D went slow then it would have been too obvious. Buildup would have been too ham-fisted.

75% inbreeding quotient.

Yes, but I'm not the one with a dragon.

>will happen in the book,
gurm will never finish the books

He will just pay someone else to do it for him.

What the fuck else would you do? It’s a dragon. Burn some shit.

So we will literally never know her tax policy...

>Dumb and Dumber rushed the plot so much that they got to where she's supposed to snap with hardly any build up

This has been built up since the very beginning, how much more do you need from this character? She already leveled Astapor and enjoys burning people alive regardless of if there were innocent or not. Add that to the fact that she is a power crazed warmonger who is the only person in the world with the ability to nuke a city then this was only ever going to happen

it makes sense in the books, dany constantly has visions of wanting a comfy home that they dont show in the show
in the books she sees kings landing as her ancestral home where she can finally rest and when she arrives she sees how much of a piece of shit it is

in the show they constantly show how dany has a sense of moral and righteousness and how she can handle the 'crazy targ genes'

Not everything needs to be a sudden plot twist you fucking brainlet.
Also Rains of Castamere was built up slowly and steadily and it worked perfectly.

Honestly, even if they just approached it slightly differently it wouldn't have been as bad. If she started attacking the city just before the bells rang, but decided to continue after some of the damage had been done, fair enough.
Also Cersei shouldn't have been in the city, she knew Dany would have to kill innocents to get to her and should have used that as a way to show everybody else that Dany was mad. This could also be her way to get rid of Euron at the same time, just leaving him to fight for her and hopefully die.
Jaime and Sandor could still find her, they'd just learn of her whereabouts through other means. Or maybe Jaime would die in the keep while looking for her.

In the books she also gets fucked over and disappointed by everybody constantly. Free slaves? They bring slavery back immediately. Trying to appease the local nobles? The stab you in the back. Then she finally returns to Westeros only to see fAegon sitting on the Throne. That is also why the GC would defend the city.

how did anyone not see it coming? they alluded to it for the past few episodes, i knew she was gonna do it when the bells rang. normies on this board i swear

Yes why did this character who poured hot metal in her brothers throat in season 1 suddenly turn evil???? This makes NO sense at all!

That happens in the show too you retard speedwatcher

yeah but it's done retarded

The CIA will force Sanderson to finish the books

Not if he changes it, or never rights it because he's a hack and a fat hack.
