That's why The Bells, for as stupid as its named, is the best ep of the season. Things happen. Things that matter. Not Cleganebowl or the Lannister shit. Those were unnecessary and/or disappointing. But Dany doing *something*. The viewer being forced to reassess opinions on the "good guys" since those are the ones doing the pillaging and raping. Really it was the best episode between seasons 7 and 8, probably better than most of 5 and 6, too--despite ruining two of the best characters with a fucking retarded, short shrift treatment.
