All of the Batman movies were stupid as fuck with partial exceptions allowed for BB and TDK (they had merit for a change) But Bale wasn't that great a Batman. His Marge growl was too funny. Bale was the best Bruce though.
As far as portrayal of the Batman goes, I have to ignore the quality of the film itslef and only look at the character.
Therefore it is the quasi-actor Ben Affleck. His Batman killed people which is a giant fuck up but other than that, he was best. His Bruce was one of the more unintelligent.

Burton deserves credit for being able to craft a world where Batman makes sense while still being weirder than what surrounds him. I think Keaton was a smart casting choice, but I doubt it would have worked with any other director.
