Why does Eywa help the Na'vi? Its probably millions of years old so this makes no sense.

because it wants to maintain the balance of Pandoras ecosystem and therefore helps the na'vi as long as they play by its rules

But Na'vi can make spears and shit they are very imbalanced compared to the retarded creatures on Pandora so it would make more sense to destroy them than help them if Eywa cared about any balance.
