If the andals are anglo-saxons, then who are Targeryens? Think of an elite group in real life that are always at the top, who practice occultism and blood magic. Targeryens are the jews. This doesn't even make sense in the context of the King's Landing burning.
That interpretation is arguing that Dany has stopped caring about collateral damage, but still points her violence and enmity towards those she feels deserve it. As long as there are still "slavers", in the sense of an entitled upper class that keeps itself in power at the expense of the people below them, she still has her target for all the justice she peddles. Her burning of King's Landing should only come AFTER the conquest is actually done and Cersei, Hell, all the Lannisters, have been taken to task for being an opposing power she labeled unjust and tyrannical. She rants about mercy from tyrants like five minutes before; so she still needs to take out the tyrant before we can have her go mad on the people.
She needs to find that she has "liberated" the people of King's Landing, and Westeros as a whole, and then see that their reaction isn't adulation and gratitude like the people across the Narrow Sea. She needs to see that her rule, or promise of her rule after she gets done exterminating any would-be discontent-stirrers like Cersei and Tyrion, actually sews discontent. It's not that the old ruling class is stirring shit up and supplying freedom fighters with weapons, it's that the people themselves don't want her. After all that, then her Mad Queen transformation can actually feel natural and earned.
They tried to shorthand it by showing her constantly butthurt about Jon's friends clapping him on the back and being friendly to him, but it's way too much in way too little time that it feels fucking unhinged.
By that interpretation's own logic, her violence has always been justified in her brain. There needs to be no slaves to free. She still, by her own admission, sees the people of KL as "slaves" the night before. Then she begins to burn them while staring at the Red Keep, which actually does hold the last figure she could still consider a "slaver."
