>WAAAAAAAAAH THEY DIDNT CATER TO MY FANFIC

Entitled brats.

Honestly it deserves it. The episode was shit right a long with this entire season. I know Yea Forums will now hail it as kino because women are crying on twitter but that doesn't suddenly make the episode amazing.

Attached: 1557657427342.jpg (1152x1152, 413K)

Unironically one the best episodes of the series.
>b-but my tumblr princess didn't become what I wanted
>b-but there wasn't enough build-up
She's been hinted at becoming mad since season 1 you brainlet normies.

Normies hate it, does that mean we like it now bros?

Attached: maki392.jpg (646x712, 84K)

list all those hints where shes going to burn children in the near future

It literally did. It was an incredibly popular theory for a while.

That's no excuse for her turning in an even dumber way than Anakin.

I don't watch GoT but can someone explain to me why this episode is so hated amongst a certain group

>Complete normies
They actually like it
>Faux Normies/Twitturds/Redditors
Absolutely hate it
>Yea Forums
Think's it's based

>Score raided by bitter femcels
Yikes, grow up ladies

we love that normies hate it, we love that d&d have fucked the show so badly that even normies now hate it. the show is still shit its just become schadenfreude

The opening sequence literally did it for you and they reused the "every time a targaryen is born God flips a coin" or whatever line in the episode. If her being obsessed with burning people whenever she doesn't get her way hasn't been painfully obvious since s1 your a brainlet.

redditor loved episode 5, most of them at least

danny fanboy hated it on twitter

The yas kween character is subverted

I like it because it's good. I was hoping for the ebil Dany plot right from the start and now all my dreams came true. So fuck off

Yea Forums likes it because it BTFO the 2nd group, not because it was well executed.

>Complete normies
Complete normies like what they're told to like by their corporate overlords.
>Faux Normies/Twitturds/Redditors
They recognize the awful/rushed writing and clear use of "shocking twists" and "subversion of expectations" to try and trick you into thinking what you're watching is good.
Also they dont like seeing women portrayed in an evil light.
>Yea Forums
Just being contrarian as usual.

I was laughing so hard when all the normies in that bar started screaming when dany started torching the shit out kings landing.

Too bad they weren't that brave with the night's king and he got wymen'd out of existence.

Attached: 1557854692190.png (1563x862, 364K)

Because feminist icon turned out to be a crazy bitch.

>subverted
Only if you're retarded, retard. Have sex

It was an okay episode, in a terrible season. Tumblr feminists hate it because their self insert yas queen hero went evil despite it having pretty obvious build up, Yea Forums thinks it's based because it triggered everyone. Overall it was just okay.

Stop trusting critics

Attached: Untitled.png (721x928, 177K)

so jon starting to kill women and children would also be totally acceptable?

keep seething incel

>well executed
It wasn't well executed but if you don't like the general direction of the story in 5 you need to have sex. Not fucking up the ending of GoT is more important than writing good dialogue. Dialogue in this episode will be forgotten, the ending will change the way the whole work is perceived.

It wasnt amazing but it was the best, most logical episode of the entire season. The only issues were the jamie/euron fight and the bells triggering the mad queens period.

Everything else was great.

Jon has never displayed any character traits that would have that make sense

>Not fucking up the ending of GoT is more important than writing good dialogue.

Caring about the actual ending that much is brainlet tier

>killing your enemy's and people who have slighted you in order to gain power
vs
>going out of your way to just kill civilians for no reason

A character turned evil
>feminists upset, because they are too braindead to see a thousand red flags and did not see it coming
>reddit upset, because said heel turn was the dumbest thing you can imagine
>Yea Forums happy because other groups are mad, also shitposting and genocidefu

Jon hasn't spent 8 years burning people.

not great but not terrible you're saying

>tfw the series finale is going to be ass but get a 70+ RT score because "well it wasn't great but it wrapped up the story well. A fitting end for this epic show :)"

Attached: 1536863174520.gif (645x773, 1.15M)

People remember bad lines and terrible execution over anything really. Prequels were not liked despite the overall story from a big picture standpoint being good. They started getting appreciated more only after something worse came out. BvS won't be remembered as kino either.

>spends 8 seasons threatening to burn cities down
>acutally does it
>wtf this is totally out of character

Name one bad thing about this episode.

>Be bookfag
>Never watched the series past season 1
>See all the rage about how Dany going mad came out of the blue
I dunno if the series did a shit job of portraying it, but I last read the ASOIAF books before the show aired and in the last book at the time she was batshit fucking insane having literal hallucinations.

Euron coming out of nowhere to now suddenly decide he wants to kill Jaime for no reason, then having a fight that looks like it was choreographed by the intern while the real fight choreographer was at lunch.

>for no reason
t. brainlet

3 people 2 of them well know by Lannister troops teleporting inside a city under siege.

She was sometimes ruthless to her enemies, I just for Yea Forums thats good enough to justify her going completely insane.

Tyrion despises his sister and knew a secret passage into the red keep but didn't have her assassinated and in fact tried to let her escape with jaime

What was the reason then, faggot?

Fuck this show, and fuck the moronic writers who created it.

Well in the books its alluded to her becoming like that one ancestor that burned everyone for fun pretty heavily

They are going to seethe when white male Jon kills Dany.

The show added swelling music and people looking in awe every time you were meant to feel conflicted about Dany in the books.

Also her winning a battle and then just killing random people for no reason at all because evil after staying relatively sane for the most part is the worst way you could possibly do that twist. I wanted mad Dany, but they fucked it up.
Still seeing the YAAAAAAAAAAAAS QUEEEEEEEEEEEN types losing their shit is quite enjoyable.

Euron taking out a dragon with 3 perfect shots but then he, the entire iron fleet and the lannister army manning the scorpions cant hit shit.

Not him but Missandrei told her to do so, she knew she wasn't going to get what she wants through diplomacy with Jon's lineage out in the open, and she wanted Cersei to realize no amount of hiding behind civilians was gonna save her.

She literally has line that she isn't loved by the people of westeros so she has to rule by fear you brainlet

They seemed to be pretty afraid before she started burning them you brainlet.

>The show added swelling music and people looking in awe every time you were meant to feel conflicted about Dany in the books.
That's fucking hilarious to be honest
Show writers must have been having a fucking giggle

>Dany starts to lose
>ratings tumble
really makes you think

Euron knows he failed. He could want to kill Jaime because 1) he knows cersei would dump him and go back to jaime and perhaps kill "his" son, or 2) just to feel like he accomplished something in life before he died, by killing the famous kingslayer, greatest fighter of westeros

Firstly, the common soldier is not going to know what Arya looks like, especially when she has not been seen since she was a young girl. Secondly, the hound was covering his face and they got in during a time of mass panic. Its not like the guards could have possibly checked every person thoroughly

What part of 'going mad' didn't you understand you brainlet? I don't think mad people have great logical reasoning

So you agree she just kinda went insane for no reason? Glad you finally saw logic user.

>feeling its conclusions are unearned

Welcome to the past 3 seasons.

Tyrion doesn't want to assassinate her. If nothing else he knows Jamie will kill himself

>for no reason
Being a Targ would be reason enough but there's still all this for obtuse brainlets like you

>lawl she just went crazy all of a sudden because targ
Dabid is that you?

I liked it because it showed what a cruel person she and her people are. Who did not see this coming? The only thing that it lacked was her screaming burn them all as she rode drogon.

Tyrion cares more about the baby than cersie. He didn't mention the red keep before (when he didn't know about the baby) because there was no point of letting that secret out of the bag so early on when they were never in a position to attack kings landing anyway. Assasination mission is pointless because another lanniayer will take over the throne and they will need to attack kings landing anyway

He shot the dragon first time because it was just flying casually it was a surprise shot. After it got hurt by the first shot, it was in distress and not thinking straight and was probably easier to shoot the next 2 arrows

Who are you quoting?

Jumping the shark will be replaced by:
A. icing the king
B. noscoping the dragon
C. ringing the bell
D. killing the queen
E. crowning the warg

>insanity gene suddenly activated
genius writing

>season 1 the lowest rated

why are alt-right russian troll incel bots trying to destroy Game of Thrones?

She accepted that she'll never be loved and respected, so she went all in with being feared

It's
>FEMINISTS HATE IT! You need to support Dabid right now!
Get with your programming user.

ok incel

Yes, it lets us fina dabbin on the beil sjw epic style. If you don't support that you don't belong in here.

The episode was amazing, but everyone is review bombing it because of Daenerys going mad queen, when it has been foreshadowed since season 1.

But that's not what happened you brainlet. Her being a Targ is just one of many factors

how is the perception that a queen who's advisors betray her, get captured and killed - people that have been with her since the beginning of her adventure - which now makes her isolated not a good explanation for the deterioration of her sanity?

with all the shit that GOT did 180 degree turns on, why is it so hard for people to believe that no person is fucking perfect, yet they try to delude themselves into thinking that dany is.

why are sjw's such fucking faggots.

That's what happens when most of your audience turns into pink haired dykes throughout the course of the shoe.

This is the kind of retard that thinks the last episode was bad.

>best season
>lowest rating
welp

>now Yea Forums will love it

The only issue I have is that this is the least horrible episode (not meaning good) of this season, yet it's rated the worst

Somewhere along the line you forgot that media is supposed to be entertaining and not just avoid being bad.

>Honestly it deserves it.
Not any more than most episodes of the last 3-4 seasons dude. There's been way worse episodes.

I guess all along it doesn't matter what show we hate, because we only hate these shows thanks to normies liking them, and we'll just hate whatever bandwagon they jump on next.

>Complete normies
>They actually like it
That group is actually irrelevant to your question, because normies like everything. No matter what show or movie they watch, they are literally incapable of critiquing or disliking it. They are only able to mindlessly consume.

From what I gather from visiting plebbit, forums and social media is that everything is too rushed and an ungodly amount of time was spent on meaningless bullshit in previous episodes.

actually how it happens IRL. usually some sort of trauma or extreme stress will bring out any latent mental disorders. I don't think she went mad though, she was just a person. Throughout history you've had rulers destroy cities of their greatest enemies. It is known

>no reason
if you keep saying it maybe some day it will be true. she was taking a victory lap, fuck kings landing, it's everything wrong with westeros and the only way to cleanse it is with fire. Danny knew this

More like how based can you go by trolling your fans?

It was actually pretty boring desu. There were no stakes at all and aside from Jamie and Cersei I didnt care for a single character that died.

It was good episode.

Normies love this season of GOT. They keep speculating about how its going to end, and they believe that old subplot details and character motivations will explain what will happen in the end. The iron bank, Tyrion's intelligence coming back, Arya murdering everyone like a fucking weeb, etc. Then you have the freefolkfags who do nothing but meme to explain how poor the writing has become since D&D ran out of material. But because they are the most vocal minority on the internet, Yea Forums, of course, has to decide that they are the majority opinion, cause none of you actually talk to regular people. So then, the actual end opinion of Yea Forums is the fucking normie opinion because it subverts the only other well thought out opinion about the show. Y'all are fucking stupid. This show went down hill and you know it. They left for star wars instead of drawing these obvious tropes out for 6 more episodes. D&D are hacks and youre lapping it up because its led to disappointment for tons of people.

>typing this much to say "IT'S BAD JUST ADMIT IT"
shut up nerd

The Night King story should have ended in season 7. Just take the first 3 episodes of season 8 and put it on 7 to make a complete season. Instead we have this rushed hack job
