Sandor... Thank you

Why did they turn Arya and The Hound from cold hearted killers into compassionate heroes at the last minute?

Because it's the last minute

it was always on the verge of happening

Because this show has shit writing and no consistent characters.

The last minute? The Hound has never been cold-hearted. That's the mask he wears because he's suicidal and depressed due to the physical and emotional scars inflicted by his brother. He's the only man who was willing to fight the Mountain to save Loras in Season 1, remember? He also goes out of his way to protect both Stark girls.

>Alright, we'll ride together from Winterfell all the way to King's Landing, but now that we're literally climbing the final tower in the Red Keep you have to turn around Arya! Leave or you'll die here! There's no way I could have convinced you of this on the months it must have taken us to ride down here

He's willing to fight Mountain because he hates him and backing out would look like weakness. He only wanted the Stark girls for the reward. Stop projecting.

yea the hound totally predicted the dragon cunt going crazy and should have told her to stay at winterfell

What was his motivation again?
Also
Beric said he had a purpose for the lord of light. What was it?

Kino character
kino arc
kino ending

/ourguy/

>Purpose
Uhhh. He killed some wights cause Arya got lost in her own castle.

That's not why he told her to stop and you know it

BUH GAWD IT'S KANE AND THE UNERTAKER! WHAT A SLOBBERKNOCKER! HELL FIRE AND BRIMSTONE

become fuel

OFF THE TOP OF THE STEEL CAGE!

The Lannisters would pay him far more than anyone else in Westeros. He didn't protect the Stark girls for the reward.

Yes, he did. The Red Keep was crumbling to piece. He wasn't doubting that she could kill Cersei and escape unscathed, but the plan fell out the window the moment Dany ignored the bell, and both characters knew it. The difference (as crystalline clearly put by the Hound) is that he has no further goals, but Arya does; she has the plan to live after completing her list and go do other things.

Yeah too bad he told them all to fuck off. Joffrey to his face even.

kino scene, brainlets won't understand

The Hound and Arya have always been choatic good

The Hound always had compassion. Same with Arya.

What reward would he get from saving Sansa from being raped?

He saved Arya in Winterfell so she could kill the Night King.

>He's willing to fight Mountain because he hates him
Sure, but he also saved Loras. If he had let Gregor kill Loras then the Mountain would have been executed for the crime.

>and backing out would look like weakness
He wasn't anywhere near him though. He wouldn't have been backing out. He rushed in to save Loras.

>He only wanted the Stark girls for the reward.
Then why did he protect Sansa in King's Landing? There was no reward for that.

No, he did it because he wanted some of that sweet, sweet firecrotch.

Yeah I'm sure that King's Landing fucking crumbling had no effect on their motivations.

Guess you missed his whole arc after he "died" and when he looks into the flames and joins the brotherhood
You people are fucking retarded

Except if it was only that he would have just raped Sansa before leaving. Instead, he gave her a choice, even offered to take her to Winterfell.

That's the Mountain. I don't think the Hound likes rape as much as he did, or he'd be less ornery.

This.
Damn, it's like people never understood the character when he's been in the show since the first episode. The Hound is trying so hard to be like his brother but it's only a defense mechanism. He saved Sansa from being raped, always helped Arya, i'm sick of my boy being misunderstood.

The entire reason he told Joffrey to fuck off was because of the way he treated Sansa. He could have handed Arya to the Freys/Boltons after the Red Wedding if he just wanted a reward. He clearly wanted the Stark girls to be safe, even if he put on a tough guy act around Arya.

Yeah, that's the point? The Hound only pretends to be an asshole. He has a hidden sense of honor and nobility, which is why he hates knights like his brother.

Nothing new. Yea Forums was always full of brainlets.

Right before he says it he's looking up at the roof that's crumbling after a piece of rubble falls and nearly hits him user. I'm pretty sure that's why he said it.
You really think they'd care about that if he brought them Arya fucking Stark? They didn't give a shit about Brianne being sworn to Neds waifu when she brought Jamie back.

No, he told them to fuck off because he got frightened by the fire
>fuck the city
>fuck the king's guard
>fuck the king

and fuck niggers

Why is everyone complaining that Euron attacked Jaime for no reason? He's a mad lad, he doesn't really need one to begin with.

this

euron was probably one of the few 'consistent' characters throughout the series. he's a fucking stupid haha so random xd asshole and he just does things because he wants to fuck the queen. in the end he wanted to kill the guy that also fucked the queen and died like a bitch but it at least was consistent with his character.
