Magic dwagon make-believe show is more recent than magic capey fightey man movie. Gotta keep up with the latest trends or else upboats will slow and karma will suffer.

Yea Forums hates Marvel and its success over DC, so the Marvel haters flooded the board with GoT threads to avoid talking about Endgame.

>the collective consciousness already forgot about endgame's existence
really makes me think

Because the salt mining isn’t as good as GoT

>Yea Forums hates Marvel
Yeah, that's three weeks ago every goddamn thread was a marvel thread

Endgame sucked honestly. I know people might say "oh but look at the numbers" as if Nickleback and Creed were the best bands ever because of sales numbers. Infinity War is what sold it.

It'll never beat Avatar, even with inflation on its side.
10 years to milk a massive ending and it still can't beat based Jim

Because of le epic Gay of Drones episodes.

Infinity war was better

Discussion about this film is the most tedious thing ever because it instantly devolves into time travel logistics. At least the discussion around Infinity War was moderately interesting because it concerned whether Thanos was justified in his purpose or not. Ultimately Endgame was a bland film and it will be left behind by future generations because they're not going to want to watch 21 other cheesy old superhero movies just to be able to understand it.

this

Endgame pales in comparison. Apart from Thor, and few other serviceable scenes this capeshit is kinda bad...

People act like EG was a satisfying conclusion, but it was just so predictable compared to IW.
I mean, capequip is usually predictable, but at least IW broke the mold a bit.

This
Better writing
Better pacing
Less of a clusterfuck
Thor and Thanos weren't ruined

Because we all know it will happen.

Thanos being 'past' Thanos killed it for me. He lost any sort of connection to his actions and previous fights with the Avengers.

Because although the director tried his hardest to work around Disney's Carol danver shilling mandate it just wasn't enough, she still managed to ruin the film.

Not to mention his changed motivations.
He went from "kill 50%" to "dude reset the universe lel" just because the Avengers didn't like him.

Not only that Endgame have more than a few plot mistakes that really takes me out of "the experience"

Uhh, honeybunny? It's not even close.

>Dude has to get magic space dwarves to build him a gauntlet that can handle the stones
>Tony builds one in like an hour
>Actually turns out his suit can just magically turn into a glove and the stones going into it don't fuck him up for some reason durrr

Endgame was a mess compared to IW. What happened.

>It already overpass avatar.
not yet but give it another weekend and it will

Because the movie was pretty bad all things considered. Very cynical and corporate compared to Infinity War.

Also, ticket sales don't impress anymore since Disney is known to buy out entire theatres to inflate tickets sold.

my biggest gripe is they should've kept the right handed infinity gauntlet instead of using it as a throw away gag in ragnarok.

Are you under the impression all the /pol/ shitflinging threads about Brie Larson are intended to be positive?

>don't fuck him up for some reason
He died though

There's nothing to talk about. Stories done.

I don't watch the movie I just want to complain like everyone else.

How did the stones grow larger when the glove expanded for Hulk?

>not yet but give it another weekend and it will
Ha! Avatar just need 34 weeks to make $2,787,965,087 meanwhile Endgame is only 17 days at the theatres and has barely made $2,489,617,092.......... uh, wait a minute...

>the stones grow larger
It never happen.

>People hate Marvel's success over DC
Yea Forums hates Marvel because it's a fucking TV-show tier production values blown up for the big screen with the 9-digit budgets essentially being fronts for money laundering. You tell me that Black Panther cost 200 million dollars with those failed 2006-tier effects, those cheap-ass sets that look like they came from the Lion King stage show and shafting Angela stinking Bassett and GOD-DAMN FOREST WHITAKER into meaningless roles that diminished their acting capacities rather than employ full use of them.

They're not cinematic experiences. They're blow-up TV shows that the production house didn't even bother to stretch to a cinematic ratio and put on the silver screen. I'm not saying that they're bad, but God damn, you can shift from the cinema to the computer screen and get the same experience.

I mean that part is stupid yes, you would think that they would try to go to the blacksmith and ask him to forge the gauntlet for them but Tony was like 'Shit I made Iron Gauntlet while watching porn.'
And then the gauntlet can be used again after Hulk used it.
Nanomachine is just lol magic I don't have to explain shit.

How?

>rushed as fuck
>half the plot happens off-screen
>shallow drama
>poor characterization
>the cast behaves out of character most of the time

Without the great villain and an original ending twist, IW would've been among the worst MCU films. Endgame fixed everything that was wrong with it.

Look at how upset this dude is
Why do you go see them if you hate them so much?

My friend tricked me into watching Endgame. I've been single for a while, so he arranged a double date and managed to get couple seats with a pair of college co-eds. Nice girl. In any case, I remember being impressed in the first 10 minutes, then I find myself treated to Supernatural-tier exposition and dialogue. Don't even get me started on Thanos throwing a tantrum because people didn't like what he gave the world, shitting on his previous characterization and motivation.

Its the conclusion and there is not much to talk about since we barely know anything about the next storyline.
The antagonist is conclusively defeated, the overarching plot is over, the characters who carried it are dead or just in limbo until something happens.
And there was not even anything really capable of sparking a discussion outside of time travel.

>Thanos from 2014 is not the same person as Thanos from 2018
>this shits on his characterization
I see, you were retarded all along.

>Motivation deterioration is justified despite it being the establishing characterization that the purpose of his mission is all that matters
>Even his own death doesn't seem to faze him; you can even see the solemn nod and acceptance with the only thing
>Suddenly travels to the future and calls everyone ungrateful and wants to wipe everyone out and start again, reneging on the established motivation/purpose
I bet you thought that the Fences film and the Fences theater production were 1-1 in characterization and delivery too.

What the fuck is a Fences?

He said he was going to wipe everyone out is because he knows as long as half the universe exists it will continue to try to reverse the effect of the snap. Also it's pretty much impossible to not be even a little bit angry if you found out not only did your future self succeed but he was cheated out of victory because some random nobodies just figured out how to time travel

He didn't say that he was going to kill everyone, he said that he was going to kill half and erase the memories of them so they would be grateful that they were alive.
