I loved futurama pre-cancelation but most of the post wasn't good. The movies were ok, and some episodes like Naturma or the one about saturday morning cartoons were pretty good, but overall it wasn't as good.

While i hate that they moved away from the concept from season 1-3 into "Stan is a bumbling retard like any other animated dad" i still find joy from it from time to time. Heck, last episode was the best in years and did Twillight zone 10x better than the now shitshow with Jordan.

I disagree and at the same time i agree. I feel that the writing for the show was solid enough to give them a final season to tie all the knot togheter. On the other hand it could be a shit show. I'd roll the dice for a final season over just cancelation.

Weird opinion. The show started incredibly weak and started improving after it moved away from the "haha hes a dumb republican" schtick. Season 1 is easily the worst season before it moved to TBS.
