I have serious doubt about D&D thinking this up.

why? it was kinda dumb and meaningless

It makes even less sense now than it did then.

>one of three
what is thw other two? I guess john's identity and dany going crazy?

I found it very cringy and retarded

Those are the only 3 that make even the slightest bit of sense.
D&D already said that Martin asked them who they thought Jon's mother was at the start of the series to test their knowledge and one of them "guessed correctly".
Mad queen makes sense as the ending arc of danaerys but those hack faggots can't write for shit, thus why it came across so stupidly rushed

you roasties will never recover, will you?

BURN THEM ALL should have been another time travel sequence by Bran.

Probably my favorite part of the whole show, and a perfect establishing point of Bran's influences throughout all of time. Sadly we never see this power explored further or shown again. No Bran the builder, no influences on the mad king, fuck all.

No Bran as the night king marching his way down south to reunite with his present self in order to form a being of vast knowledge and power. Fucking LAME. I'M SEETHING BOYS.

>DABID
>DABID I GUESSED JON MOM

>establish that bran can affect the past and set up events for the future
>NEVER EVER talk about it ever again

The three "big reveals" are:

>Stannis burning Shireen
>Hold the door
>Mad Queen Daenerys

R+L=J was confirmed at one of the first initial meetings dnd had with GRRM before they even started writing the pilot

No that was all GRRM

bran was never meant to be bran the builder though. It's kind of the problem with stories like asoiaf, people will come up with a billion twist theories and they'll inevitably end up disappointed when it's not like that. Though in that case the show is awful for other reasons as well

>can affect the past
The same way in Lost that they "affected" the past.

he did it twice in the show. he called out to his father when he fought against dayne, and he turned around. then he fucked hodor up setting him on a collision course to hold a fucking door shut so he could get away. he can do it, he just never fucking bothered to ever again. he also can literally take control of any fucking animal or person he wants to and never does. he's retarded

>he can do it, he just never fucking bothered to ever again
No, it's exactly like Lost and all that shit happened before Bran became the Raven.

so bran has pseudo time travel powers but its never brought up again? sounds like them

>Bran time travels while getting chased
>goes back in time and sees Hodor
>Hodor goes autistic
>grows up to hold the door for Bran while getting chased

Bran fucked up a kid's entire life for fun.

I don't believe it's only those 3 tho.

Hold the door, Jon resurrected, Jon actual Targaryen (not just R/L's abstard), mad Dany, mad dany killed by Jon, Stannis dies, dead dragon brings down the wall, king Bran - these are all GRRM ideas. I kinda feel like queen Cersei is too big of a plot point to be completely fan fiction
