Aren't they the only ones that are vastly underrepresented in college admissions when you control for scores, grades, and the rest? Like Harvard has 22x more blacks than it would if it were fair, about 11x more hispanics than it would if it were fair, and about 2% fewer whites than it should (although that number is bullshit since the studies on these things consider the 30% Jewish student population to be white). Meanwhile asians are 50% underrepresented. Literally half the seats they should get are handed out to others and the colleges that have codified laws against this like some of the UCs have demographic makeups unlike any other major institution. It's kind of hilarious how blatant it all is when you start reading up on it. I used to think other countries with affirmative action policies were brazen about it when I started reading up on this stuff a couple years back but the american college system is something else. hopefully some big happenings come out of that court case going on right now in MA.
