It's odd to me that he told Jon about his lineage, as though it was important to defeating the white walkers. When in reality it had absolutely nothing to do with it.

And as he keeps reminding us, he's no longer Bran, so why would he have any loyalty to Jon and telling him the truth? Unless the last twist is him doing it all on purpose to take the throne for himself, then it's just been all for nothing.
