Let's be pretty generous, let's say Drogon at minimum weighs at least 10 tons, if not more. He's a big guy. Let's say the dragons have some king of chamber that stores whatever bile, or fuel that they use to ignite their fires, made up of some kind of viscous hydrocarbon mixture that is created by synthesis in some special cells in their body. Let's say that this fluid is generated at a pretty reasonable rate from the dragon's body, and their organ that creates it holds at least a few thousand gallons of the stuff.

So how does the dragon's breath seem virtually unlimited, and how is it so powerful that it can literally just knock stone walls and shit down? I can understand if melting the rock at high enough temperatures or something, which is what happened at Harrenhall, but in the show it's depicted as being some sort of explosive that just completely destroys any structure that it hits.

How was drogon able to light so many fires without running out of gas so to speak? Should I just simply have sex and turn off my brain and stop thinking about this?
