All those people were deserving of retribution to some degree, even if she went over the top with it. The series is irredeemable after The Short Night but they did a good job of destroying any sympathy for Dany after this and an excellent job of making Cersei sympathetic at the end. The scene with Tyrion and Jaime was very touching as well and even Arya has become sympathetic again after suffering through all that and becoming more of a real girl rather than just retarded super assassin with attitude.
