- jon realizes that his abdication of power has only resulted in disaster. despite being surrounded by the detriments of society in the seven kingdoms his whole life, he does nothing to try and change the world he lives in. he shows that shiftless men will see their world ruined by others with worse ambitions
- jaime's an addict for fucking his sister and threw away his opportunity at being on the winning side of the war cuz he really wanted to fuck his sister again and because people don't change
