What if:
Arya and Sandor arrives at KL after the attack. They rush in while the bells go off to kill their Cersei and Gregor, but as they enter through the destroyed gates, Dany goes batshit. The Hound then gives that surviving speech, and goes in alone. The POVs in the streets are then moved to say Davos and Jon getting caught in friendly fire, insted of having Coldsteel the Hedgehog running around.
It's not perfect logistically, but eh, what has been the last few seasons?
