Yes, no question really. The question is whether or not it matters. I haven't met a single white person who is offended by it. The only people I've ever seen bring it up are autists on here, or retards in facebook comments whenever there's a story about an idiot who wore blackface and apparently didn't realise it's offensive.
It's protected under freedom of speech so no one should be arguing that it should be banned. But I'd have a lot more sympathy for anyone complaining about this film if they did so in a manner that wasn't clearly a backlash to being called out for doing something racist themselves.
