My theater has decided to suck Aladdin's dick and leave Godzilla out of premium theater experiences. I took the day off to see it and it'll probably be shown in one of the unrenovated auditoriums with shit sound systems. Hurrah for Disney live action remakes

Took my son to see Detective Pikachu and saw the trailer for this. It would be one of the best trailers I've ever seen if they entirely cut the dialogue, in between everything cool happening it would cut to a black stating the equivalent of "aww shit son" and it did that about four times. Anyways it's on my radar now and I'll likely see it in theaters unless I can VOD it early access in 4k at home

I saw it on Friday at the Arclight in Hollywood.

It was so much fun, an incredibly fun movie that is everything you'd want from a giant monster movie blockbuster.
