Joaquin Phoenix Joker movie has nothing to do with the main DCEU timeline. Jared Letos Joker is connected because he cameos in Birds of Prey but beyond that its up in the air.
Only Ben Affleck has left, Ben has a very turbulent personal life which led him to leave the role of Batman. Not because of any sort of creative differences but because he just was no longer capable of performing.

The idea was that Leto was Jason Todd, and Joaquin would be the OG Joker who eventually 'kills' him.

They both look like they are related to Alexandra Daddario, especially Joaquin. He has the same "insane" look that she has in pictures. Maybe they'll make a sequel where she'll be his daughter (female Joker).

I've been saying this for a while. Before Heath, Joker was irrelevant if you think that it took too many years after Jack's version to make another movie with him as a villain and that movie was TDK. After Heath's marvelous performance, suddenly Joker was everywhere (Suicide Squad, Gotham, and now Joker standalone movie). I won't be surprised if another Joker will appear in the upcoming Batman movie.
