No, they are the USA with an inferiority complex. If you look at a population map of Canada you'll start to get it. You see, Canadians exist on a narrow strip of land hugging the US border. The sections of the Canadian population strip conform to the culture of the nearest Americans. Maritime provinces' culture is the same as New England's, prairie provinces' culture is the same as the Heartland's, BC's culture is the same as the PNW's. The only difference is one side of the border is the most powerful force in the history of the world, and the other side is weak, parasitic, and jealous.
