Her plan is to kill Cersei but the Hound tells her that no one is going to survive Dany and to get out alive (before he fights his brother and dies). Dany's whole plan for every combat situation is "let Drogon handle it," including the scorpions, which works fine for some reason even though she lost a dragon to one last episode. All of that's out of order, obviously, but yeah.
