Perhaps in this new Matrix they can explore imprisonment not by force, but by choice, with all Zion folks choosing to live in the nu-Matrix while robots try to clean up the earth.

I would rather get a world of darkness movie made by the combined team of john wick and matrix.
I love those themes of society being secretly controlled by a shadowy organisation and secret societies hiding in big cities.
both matrix and john wick had to some extent themes like that.
also having vampires and werwolves fight each other both with magic and modern weapons would make for some awesome fight scenes

Animatrix was good and Reloaded had a a few great scenes. Too bad Revolutions ended up being total garbage. This isn't really a series that needs any new entries though anyway. After the dumpster fire that was Jupiter Ascending these two shouldn't be allowed to make any more movies anyway
