Ruined his character last minute by having him bang Shae. Doesn't make any sense for Tywin to do that, he was disgusted by behavior like that. He would have had her killed.

Becomes a bumbling fool when his master plan is nearing completion. He spends the whole show manipulating everyone with ease but once he gets to Winterfell he is apparently out of ideas.

Best character will always be Bronn because of how he defines the core themes of the show and how he persists through everything completely unchanged and actually stronger for all of it.
Bran ends up on the iron throne. Thats why he seems so useless. He's seen the future and knows how things have to unfold so certain people die and are out of the way.
