No, that picture is older than 70% of this board. Not only did the OP explain the picture when he posted it, but you can just go and try yourself. Get a slice of the pre packaged "cheese" and microwave or put it in the oven. It turns into that molten plastic because it's not actually cheese.

That's what happens when overcooking certain cheeses, they get this burnt wrinkly film on top.

Nigger look at that dough the entire thing is undercooked. It's just that those cheese slices burn like plastic, not like actual cheese. No real cheese will ever look like that unless your torch it to a crisp and even then it will look different.

For sure it has it's uses it's not like I don't make lazy sandwiches with the stuff, but I certainly know it's not really cheese and thus wouldn't try to cook with it as if it was.
