When the MCU assembly-line went into full gear and all movies in the "universe" became indistinguishable quipshit. Snyder did more with just MoS and BvS than Disney diid with a dozen quipshit Thanos teasers.
Really the fault isn't Marvel brand. Marvel had great films when they spread their IPs to various studios and allowed individual directors independent interpretation of the source material. Now everything has to adhere to one vision of corporate producers. And when that vision is "make it safe for maximum tickets", it becomes a bore.
