The fact that they got based Werner for one of the recurring characters means that it's probably going to be good, he rarely appears in front of the camera unless he believes it's worth it.

They have either giant video screens or projection screens surrounding the sets instead of green screens so they the actors can look at low res versions of the final sets in real time.
Then they key out the screens while editing instead of keying out green screens like normal.

Considering that Faverau is working with Dave Filoni, who has done some of the best work in universe, and the thing is set post-RotJ (not pre-TFA) of what they showed, it all looked fantastic.

There are a shitload more non-Force users in the universe, and not having a deus ex character who can use the Force to make the impossible possible, from a storytelling standpoint makes the storytelling potential much richer than it would be if every conflict really just came down to a red lightsaber righting a blue/green one.
Don't get me wrong, I love Jedi/Sith stuff, but at this point I am so much more hungry for non-Force user stories in the universe.
