2011's my pick
>Drive

It also had Nightcrawler, Whiplash, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, plus True Detective, Mad Men, Breaking Bad and prime era Game of Thrones all competing in the emmys
It was the last good year lads

None of these movies are good.

user, I don't understand. I agree with everything else on your list. But this? Are you OK?

>I agree with everything else on your list
Oof.

>best year of the decade
>2007
what year do you think it is?

Missed that part

Probably 2012

the movie isn't bad by any means , the visuals alone are worth a watch.

Do you only watch films for children? Also apparently the only genres you know are action, animation and 'other'.

It was a different time.

Literally the only single kino here is Ex Machina, and it came out in 2014

Mr Bean's Holiday was kino. Not as kino as the first movie, but still kino.

>boyhood
TWELVE

Most of those are rubbish mate. Fucking boyhood?
You could have said shit like Grand Budapest, Whiplash, Ex Machina, The Drop, What we do in the Shadows, The Raid 2, '71, Song of the Sea, The Rover etc

"Kino." "Mama." In all seriousness, there is no such thing as a kino. Just as if you told the kino to say whatever you wished when kino happens.

"Mama." "Mommy."

It wasn't just my friends who felt this way. My family as well, who were so much smarter, so much more educated and so much happier than I was all seemed to be taking umbrage (but it's their fault I've become self-conscious, y'know? They're not exactly going to tell me to change when my family is so fond of the kino they gave me all these years!) We've grown quite fond of kinos over the years; when, when that little girl was with her mother. We remember watching movies with her in the car as her mother had her pull the car out of the woods.

But our favorite kino of all the time is probably the kino that is supposed to be me.

Definitely 2019!!!!

just end it, film is dead

This year is turning out better than the last 3-5 years at least.
>Dragged Across Concrete
>Climax
>Under the Silver Lake
>Alita
>The Best of Enemies
>Shadow

2019 has some shit blockbuster films, but there are some good ones not talked about. See here

aren't most of those movies technically 2018

yikes

They released in some random film festivals but got wide releases in 2019, and will qualify for awards this year.

>we only use 10% of our brains
I thought this meme died after the 90s

it's stupid like 90% of sci-fi but the visuals and the op anime-esque character are worth the watch.
