After doing Netflix and Chill with tens of girls, most of them Stacies, I can certifiably tell you:
She mainly watches thrillers, sometimes dramas and horror, and the occasional comedy - With imdb scores ranging from 3 to 6. Not even kidding, if they're above that, they find the movie boring or too "targeted for guys". It's fucking baffling.
Also, they don't know or care about the imdb score or review - they browse blindly through the film covers until they see an enticing combo of either a girl or hot guy on the cover with an not-too obscure title. If the premise sounds dramatic yet easy to comprehend, they'll watch it and likely enjoy it.
It's fucking mind boggling how every single girl I meet does this exact routine. They won't watch mediocre classics like Notebook or Mean Girls either, since they've seen them 10 times.
After months of her nagging, I finally sat and watched 50 shades freed with the wife yesterday. It was bad. Sex scenes were cringe. Acting was shit. Story was laughable. She loved it.
