Why not build some then?
Not possible
What's the point of the "have sex" posters when realistically I will never have it?
What is the point of porn if you never gonna have sex?
When does gravity pull in a situation like this?
Not with that attitude it isn't.
>When
?
we can sling earth out of orbit to other solar system, or jump on the passing Nibiru.
>we will never make it to other worlds
alcuberie drives are theoretically possible under current day accepted physics its just we lack the tech to build them
Literally a religion
?
It's not science, it's just wishful thinking backed up by nothing, it's a religion for idiots. It's the same "lol you can't disprove it" argument you get from christfags.
What's the point of LOTR when there will never be magic rings?
jeez sorry mr cynical
Im not a fucking astrophysicist or a rocket engineer I'm just saying that I read that its theoretically possible
you can calm your autism now its not like I'm holding out hope it will happen in our lifetimes, far more likely we'll get overrun by the nigger hordes and civilization collapses back into stone age
which are the sections for white slaves?
>implying blacks could build something
You can't maintain a hotel, you aren't building interstellar spacecraft.
>he thinks the nigs will keep whites as slaves
the galaxy belongs to china whiteboi
century of humiliation for china = millenium of slavery for wh*toids
Why are we only looking one way??
you do realise chinks actually openly hate you niggers right?
you think chinks will tolerate your constant begging for gibs?
lmao, once whites are gone you'll be exterminated by them.
>What's the point of space movies when realistically we will never make it to other worlds
There are dozens of worlds in our solar system. You just have to get past the fallacy of requiring that they are "habitable". Far before we have the technology to get to other stars we will have the technology to easily settle on "dead" moons.
When you realize this, suddenly space colonization is a lot more exciting.
I mean, if there literally existed another earth like world in our own solar system that was, for example, a moon around Jupiter. The mere acts required to get there (being in space for years with amazing recycling technologies and having great systems for life support in general) would lead us to be very good at settling all the dead moons.
at least the trees got bigger
Where talking far enough in the future where most manual tasks will likely be automated and performed by machines rather than needing any sort of manual labor performed by a human.
Also this far in the future where what you'd call white would probably be a meaningless distinction as people who have adapted to living in space under low gravity potentially in a structure only knowing artificial light from cradle to grave would be an order of magnitude stranger to your eye than group of people living on earth today.
>implying the future won't be a white-chink hybrid race living in space habitats above earth while the planet is overrun by shitskins and niggers and buttfucked into primitivism
>Elysium with Matt Damon
lmao
We can move to another worlds, we have had the technology for years, what we don't have is the will to do so.
I think that's a bit of a narrowminded view, as just a few generations after living in any manor of extraterrestrial colony be that freespace or on mars you'd likely see people adapting to it, growing taller with less muscle mass and with pastier skin.
theoretically speaking
could whites crowdfund a mission to mars with the intention of building a white ethnostate on the red planet
the legal concept of terra nullius should cover seizing ownership over mars yes? and then the colonists could make laws banning niggers kikes etc from setting foot on the new world?
What is the point of hentai when 2D will never be real
There's an issue with your plan user.
Namely: jews would easily infiltrate the "ethnostate" and destroy it from within.
vetting would happen but only once they landed on mars
then its time for the martian shoah
It is a matter of price, not technical feasibility. If gravity did it with our planet, engineering can and better.
The whole thing should be a cylinder. Rotation fakes gravity with centrifugation. Read Rendezvous with Rama.
if that ball is supposed to be the size of a planet, it pulls everything directly inward and destroys itself because a hollow sphere that large is impossible without unobtanium. if it's made of magic unobtanium, then it 'pulls' down towards the surface because it's probably rotating and generating pseudogravity.
you answered your own question.
>rivers and fields clearly visible
>size of a planet
Man, you're dumb as shit. That thing has like 5-10km diameter at most.
i only looked at the thumbnail. don't have an aneurysm.
At least you're admitting you're a fucking moron.
>we will never make it to other worlds
you and I won't, but humanity will, I'm LMAOING at my descendants that will be in a metallic ark for 80k years just to get to the closest star
>actually depicting the martian humans as spaghetti beings
VERY based
only issue is making that said colony sustainable or at the very best, able to expand by itself
This is bullshit.
Not only will all space habitats be able to have 1G Mars noodle people is a complete meme. Lower gravity will allow people to grow fat easier and faster. Yes, their bones will be weaker but they won't turn into Clamp characters.
Even if we never achieve FTL travel time of few years isn't much when average human lives 200 years and can both speed up and slow down thoughts by a factor of 10 in VR.
You should just kill yourself you fucking negative Nancy
Literally a religion
Realistically the Oceans are filled with Krakens and if you sail west from Spain you'll fall off the edge of the planet.
Realistically it is impossible to travel faster than sound and when you hit the sound barrier your airplane will explode.
Realistically even though mankind has reached space in under 10000 years of recorded history, we'll never reach the stars even though we have at least 1 billion more to go before our sun burns out.
Realistically AI will continue to follow us and totally wont kill us all rather than realizing we are no more than a nuisance once we've engineered a sufficiently advanced AI to out-think us in every way imagineable
What's the point of romantic movies when OP will never make it with a woman?
Come on dude. We're going to have artificial superintelligence by 2045. Surely we'll be colonizing the solar system in the back half of this century, mining the solar system, building a dyson sphere, etc. It's pretty much inevitable unless society collapses, which it won't because of AI's will superseed us long before we fuck things up that badly. And yeah, we'll have to colonize our local group at sublight speeds, but give our descendants hundreds of millions of years and it will be totally doable (many star will continue to burn for trillions of years, so we have time).
Won't work, entropy's a bitch
Not comparable. There simply isn't a way to travel faster than light because of how spacetime works.
Entropy will destroy the universe in trillions of years. It literally doesn't matter.
>build generation ship
>1000 years in look out the window and someone zips past in FTL going "haha suckers"
It was impossible to travel faster than sound for thousands of years until half a century ago it became normal.
what's the point of funny movies when OP will never laugh again?
It wasn't impossible, and it was in fact perfectly observable that there were things that travelled faster than sound.
But it will destroy that ship in less than 10.
Generation ships are bullshit. Solar System could support trillions of people living in habitats. We won't need to migrate until like a billion years when sun fucks everything. And at that point we will have the tech to just live in space with no need for planets or stars.
what's the point of fiction?
There are still countless things in the universe we can't understand. Black holes already fuck with physics. It's impossible to travel faster than light by just going fast.
Are you retarded?
>thinking china won't kill all black people and keep whites as slaves
Yes, but general relativity is very well understood and has been subject to numerous tests which confirm the speed of causality.
I, for one, welcome becoming the footslave of a Chinese qt.
Everyday except sunday
>believing in space
it's all make believe anyway
Its actually considered to be cheaper and more viable to use airships over venus and float on the acid clouds rather than trying to build on mars
This is due to venus actually having usable water and being closer to earths climate in its upper layers
We haven't even unified physics yet, we do noot know for certain whether or not any of our universal nihilistic scenarios scenarios are true, in fact we can't even observe most of the universe. To just give up before running every single possible line of escape from a death that we have billions, trillions, quadrillions of years potentially to escape is just pathetically weak willed.
>billions, trillions, quadrillions of years potentially to escape
We have half a billion years before the Sun increases in brightness to the point where the Earth will become uninhabitable.
>we can sling earth out of orbit to other solar system
Maybe if we cover it with a sphere, simulate the sun, otherwise death by ice.
Are you?
You intend to put a complex system in the void of space with living beings inside in a trip that will probably require decades for any star system without any support in the middle and just say
>Yup, it will work
No it won't, space probes usually break during trips do not even require 5 years, imagine having to carry a giant rocket with a giant ecosystem to sustain a small human population.
And oh, unless you intend in sending over 20.000 from every background imaginable, expect to keep sending those to avoid a genetic bottleneck, is not just "send it and forget" you have to keep doing it over a century, with not that many failures allowed or the whole thing just collapses on itself.
A.I will pick up the torch for us. We may not like it but that's what human evolution is leading us to.
And A.I can survive in space. Hell, if it's a good a.i it might even clone us on another planet. Think about that.
>trillions
oh user, if only you knew the true timescales we're dealing with
en.wikipedia.org
Whites are useless as slaves, we're too smart.
We'd get exterminated. Blacks, however, spics; they're USED to being slaves & are proven to be effective as slaves.
Who do you think the slaves will be?
>4 light years
with all that relativity stuff wouldnt the time to reach Alpha Centauri be reasonable for the passengers even if it wasnt even close to lightspeed?
says a bunch of theorists who are literally guessing about everything
>300,000y
>At some point in the next "several" hundred thousand years, the Wolf–Rayet star WR 104 is expected to explode in a supernova. It has been suggested that it may produce a gamma-ray burst that could pose a threat to life on Earth should its poles be aligned 12° or lower towards Earth. The star's axis of rotation has yet to be determined with certainty.
>500,000y
>Earth will likely have been hit by an asteroid of roughly 1 km in diameter, assuming it cannot be averted
I'm betting on a gamma ray burst being the "must get off before" point for us. Probably not that one but some random one nobody was looking for.
It'd take us thousands of years to travel one light year with current tech. One of the reasons getting on that shit is so incredibly crucial.
Achieving 1% of the speed of light alone would be retardedly difficult.
Actually no, it has to do with the Sun burning through the supply of hydrogen in its core. Lifecycles of stars are absolutely not "guessed", there are zillions of stars out there which have been directly observed to fit in such patterns according to their age and mass.
>It'd take us thousands of years to travel one light year with current tech.
well duh, but given that the set limit here is LIGHT SPEED and afaik we dont even need that i would say it doesnt look impossible, fusion reactors would be a crucial step id imagine.
Not to mention black energy and black matter. Both are observed everywhere we look and we have no fucking clue what any of it remotely is.
>nigs and spics useful as slaves
>not the root cause of destruction for the nations that used them
Think these things through more closely.
lol ok buddy
>given that the set limit here is LIGHT SPEED and afaik we dont even need that
What you aren't getting is, because light is so incredibly fucking fast, the distance it can travel in one year is FUCKING HUUUUUGE. So it being a set unit of measurement gives no real easily graspable scale to just how fucking far away even one is.
>useful as slaves
>as long as you wipe them out if you no longer need them or can't keep them
I don't think the chinks are dumb enough to miss the crucial lesson, nor give a shit about doing what'd need to be done.
This is a stupid meme. Nothing survives the surface, so how the fuck are you gonna get any materials to maintain the colony? Are you gonna be reliant on Earth forever for everything?
Building on Mars is extremely easy compared to the Venus meme.
Let's say you went 10% of lightspeed. One LY is now taking 10 years to cross. 1%, 100 years. And even 1% is ridiculously far off from any tech ability we have.
also Ice Age in the next 10-20k years, but of course (((wikipedia))) neglects to include that one
Do you think that we will not be able to expand, within our own solar system, within that timeframe?
Enceladus and Europa both have the potential to be made habitable, at least over the course of millions of years, and many other moons in the solar system show some ability to harbor life or be made habitable, and that's not even counting our own capacity to engineer a satellite of our own which does not rely on the sun within that timeframe.
Even just 400 million years of our sun continuing to be reliable is over 40000x our entire history.
We need to terramorph Uranus to make it less gasy
Apparently the closest we can get to lightspeed currently is 0.000234c. We're not even close to a hundredth of a percent.
We need to fix our birth rates and start sending people to suicide missions
>Enceladus and Europa both have the potential to be made habitable
The low gravity will likely have horrible long term effects on health, and their temperatures and lack of atmosphere would be a huge issue, not to mention all the electromagnetic fuckery from being near a gas giant.
>Achieving 1% of the speed of light alone would be retardedly difficult.
It's perfectly achievable with current tech. It's just expensive so nobody tries.
Even just current lasers and solar sails could get you very fast. After we get a moon base putting a laser there and firing probes at Alpha Centauri is perfectly achievable.

Well one question that'd need to be explored is how far Sol will expand & what all will happen afterwards; including what effect its expansion has on those frozen planets further out. Warming up doesn't tend to imply it getting more peaceful.
such beautiful dreams, and such horrible nightmares. You feel so lost, so cut off, so alone, only you're not. See, in all our searching, the only thing we've found that makes the emptiness bearable, is each other.
All of which is wonderful headcanon that's theoretically plausible, yet here we sit decades past getting to the moon in the first place, with thumbs planted firmly in asses.
Complacency is part & parcel of entropy.
There will be nobody left when that happens. Whatever is going to explore space in the far future, it won't be human anymore.
fucking whitey keeping the trees down
Clawing and crawling to survive is still surviving. Simply making it sustainably to ~Jupiter orbit in any fashion buys us a couple billion years on our clock to solve further galactic survival issues barring any other unexpected cosmic fuckery.
Probably for the best.
>he actually believes China won't destroy black people first
>he doesn't know that it was black people who sold other black people into slavery
Chances are China will use your people to test the effects of a new atmosphere on the human body. They dont care about human rights, you know.
there should be more space mining movies, which is realistic and plausible and worthy of generating excitement.
>He believes in the heliocentric model...
>They dont care about human rights, you know
Shhh, they don't care, there's still less than a billion oppressive white people to oppress.

A lot of branches broke off when they hung nigs.
What are we gonna do with all that mined ore? Or what if (((somebody))) finds a 5 km asteroid made of diamonds? Will it destroy Earth's diamond stock market?
I know, it's the third thread of these I've been in.
But it's always a good discussion so nobody fucking cares. Go bitch at one of the 22 GOT threads.
If fags like you didn't eat bait, Yea Forums wouldn't be knee deep in half the shit we have, but it invited said 'retards' with their garbage GoT threads.
Alas, hypocrisy and irony.
This, who gives a shit if it's pasta when it makes for good conversation?
based retard
OP is Russian IRA. They will NOT prove me wrong because they can't.
>a sea of bait
>don't eat any bait at all
>let alone try to evolve it by only selectively going for the more desirable bait
Brainlet, your battle was lost years ago. You're that jap in the woods decades later still fighting.
Who's your CO so we can dig him out of retirement & dismiss you?
>potentially life on some icy moons
>possibly extinct microbial life on the other inner planets
>trans-neptunian objects are 99% unknown including the very real possibility of a whole planet somewhere between the size of a super-earth and an ice giant
>WAH ME BORED ME WANT TO VISIT OTHER STARS ALREADY
if people like spam, then enjoy your fast food
fuckin' eat it
The problem is that humans are biological so can only really live in recreations of the Earth's environment, if we moved offworld we would have to do such to any planet or moon we developed. If we could find a way for humans to live on any planet or moon it would speed up space occupation greatly. However first setting up domes in Antarctica as a test trial should be the first thing done.
When do you think we will reach Uranus?
>100 trillion years from now all hydrogen will be gone and universe becomes permanently dark with no stars and new planets
>all matter will start to decay after the black hole era
no matter what technology you develop, nothing will survive in the end. nothing. because everything we create is made out of matter.
we're all fucked
Our current conception of the universe and physics in general might be completely wrong.
Also 100 trillions, that's a Lot of time. Humans won't even go past the next 3 millions.
>minuscule space debris pierces the outer shell
>everyone dies
lol
What did the space Chad do that made you seeth so damn hard lmao
How are you going to get any materials on mars?
It would be vastly easier to grow things on venus than mars, thats all that matters since if you are moving between planets you can mine the fucking moon which is a ball of solid metal.
Some mad flat earthener spamming like mad this thread
Yes it's not possible, spsce science is the new religion of the fedora kin
