Evil one goes to a prison but he still has all his powers and is obviously just going to fucking break out. He literally stands on top of a pyramid at the end kicking the shit out of literally every other prisoner there as riot copters move in when he can leap like 50 feet in the air or some shit.

Yulaw used to be an agent, he knew every known universe, and he just ticked them off one at a time. Gabe could be in any of those universes. He would have to check them all out, and as soon as the agency finds out that Yulaw broke out, they could just keep moving Gabe around and they wouldn't end up in the same universe at the same time for any length of time.
Could be an interesting movie though, a cross-dimension chase. See many different versions of earth for a few minutes each as they run and fight across them all.
