Calling bullshit on this. AVENGERS ENDGAME was the last Marvel film. This "trailer" for a "new" Spider-Man movie is going to turn out to be a commercial for something, like the announcement of a CROCODILE DUNDEE reboot from last year. Cruel to trick gullible comic book movie fans.

There's been a lot of confusion in the marketplace about an upcoming Spider-Man movie. Spider-Man has been in a bunch of movies lately (HOMECOMING, INFINITY WAR, INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE and ENDGAME) so it's leading people to believe there is always a Spider-Man movie on the horizon.

But it makes no sense for Spider-Man's first solo movie to be called "Homecoming" and the sequel to be "Far From Home". Who is far from home right after they come home? Business travelers who are always in transit? Not high school kids. The premise falls apart immediately.

Isn't the wide consensus that IW was a much better movie then EG is? Even assuming they're both one large film, the first half of the "IW" is so much better executed then EG even though EG had some cool concepts (like Hawkeye as a broken vigilante or Black Widow's feelings on her family and her lack of a past one) that were never really utilized that could've given the conclusion more impact.
Its not a "bad" movie, even if it comes close to being one, but it leads me with very little hopes for what bullshit Disney is going to insert into the MCU now.

I disagree, Engame and Infinity War just had different approaches
Infinity War is structured much more like a classic movie, you have clear beginning, middle and end acts, and the entire script has been narrowed down to maximum efficiency.
Endgame feels like a watchable graphic novel. The story beats are much slower and more drawn out, but the entire plot structure feels very comic book-y in an appealing way. I think that someone who reads more actual comics would have a deeper appreciation of endgame.

It doesn't need to "make sense" because time travel is scientifically impossible. It just needs to stay consistent within the story and adhere to a solid ruleset. Endgame does neither of these.

Endgame isn't a "time-travel movie". It's a movie with time-travel carelessly thrown in as a B-plot. There is no consistency or coherent ruleset for the time-travel Endgame. Primer is all about the time-travel and takes its time to develop the logistics so that it makes sense in the film. Endgame just makes shit happen to deliver the most fan service and emotional payoffs even if that mean throwing caution and good writing to the wind.
