By that logic anyone who aspires to do anything is a sociopath. Kreese was right. Fighting is about defending yourself. LaRusso teaches people to defend themselves from attack. Kreese teaches them to defend themselves from being attacked. He trains them to not hold back and to not show mercy because if you do either of those things you are leaving yourself vulnerable which is exactly what happened to Miguel and he paid dearly for it. LaRusso's teaching goes out the window once a person is seeing red. Kreese is constantly putting his students in that frame of mind so they actually know how to deal with it. LaRusso is a giant hypocrite. He has never once taken responsibility for any of the bad or even illegal things that he has done. At least Johnny and Kreese admit what they are.

While from episode 1 to 6 is as good as season 1, after that is getting shittier and shittier while losing the point about the serie and the focus. Peaking on Episode 9 beeing the shittiest of them all.
The fight on Episode 10 doesn't have any weight at all or meaning they just fighting becouse of a rivalry and stupid shit. Not near the stakes of season 1. And the resolution is just kinda moronic.
