Simpsons didn't get funny until Season 11 Episode 5.

It was still good right from the start, but the peak years were season 4-7 that is true.

But 8 is the best season.

It has my favourite episode in it, but it is also where the cracks started to show. Seasons 4-7 are literally perfect though.

Except I try to watch season 9 and it's awful except for the first few episodes (which were originally produced for season 8.) I didn't even bother with anything after that

12 was mostly kinda shit but it still had a great episode and some really funny jokes.
