I still wouldn't eat there in a million fucking years, because even a 0.00001% chance of getting AIDS is too much of a risk to even consider, but it's very unlikely that anyone eating there will get AIDS, unless they go and get barebacked by the cooks.
I can easily imagine some less scrupulous people getting AIDS from somewhere else and claiming the restaurant gave them AIDS though. It's an easy way to get a payout from what is almost certainly a trust fund kid before the restaurant closes down from poor management anyway.
