It's a real stretch to say Missandei could turn her body to grab Cersei and then pull her off with her before any of the guards (mountain and euron are literally within arms reach and there are a ton of bowmen). Makes sense why people want her to but it would have been very unlikely to work.

Cersei would be struggling against Missandei though, it wouldn't be as quick or as clean as you seem to think. By the time she can turn to grab her Cersei will be reacting, and they will be pulling in opposite directions. I really doubt Missandei is significantly stronger than Cersei so generously you could call it a wash.

It doesn't take that long but it also doesn't take long to react to someone (who you are already paying close attention to) tries to do something that would obviously already be on your mind. Like I said, unlikely chance that you catch a perfect moment and everyone is off guard but she has to move her towards the ledge not just fall backwards while grabbing her.

She needs to do way more than just reach Cersei before they react though. They are like 2-3 steps away from the ledge, if missandei grabbed Cersei and just fell backwards from where she stood without any steps they wouldn't even fall off the ledge. She has to quickly turn and grab Cersei while shackled (and with Cersei already holding her by the arm, hindering movement and limiting Cersei's possible surprise) and then pull her back a step or two to throw them off the ledge. I'm not even convinced that an injured Missandei is even stronger than Cersei so it's not going to be like she just throws Cersei over the wall instantly. I'd give it like a 10-15% chance of working.

I was the one that posted that, user. The angle is not the best but Missandei isn't standing right on the edge and Cersei is behind her, not directly next to her. When she is beheaded Missandei falls and her knees hit the ledge because she isn't right on the ledge. If Missandei turns around and then falls backward holding on to Cersei, Missandei would fall off the ledge but Cersei would need to be yanked hard to go off.
