Confess, tv.
You fucking LOVE this show.
You LOVE Game of Thrones.
Admit it
I do. which is why im angry that its turning to shit.
Season 1-4 Best show in years
Season 5 Meh
Season 6 Back to greatness. Battle of the Bastards may be the best episode of the series
Season 7 Okayish
Season 8 HOLY HELL WHAT ARE YOU DOING
WHAT ARE YOU DOIIIINNNNGGG
But the latest episode was great.
Battle of the bastards was just as retarded as the fights this season. Jon literally played into Ramsay's hands and won anyways
At the first initial piece of dissapointment, yes, it became quite enjoyable watching this unfold into a complete shitshow like bad horror movies do.
I am just staying for this motherfucker.
>Is one of the greatest swordmen in the world
>Told the king to fuck himself in his face
>Raised two Stark girls
>Is literally too angry to die
>Became Bros with band of fire worshippers and especially Berric, smoothest voice of Westeros
>Fire fearing fucker who survived in the coldest place in the world, in Winter, while fighting White Walkers
>One of few non-Targaryen people to ride a dragon
>Assisted in Night King's assassination
>Last member of Brotherhood Without Banners
>After surviving fighting literal death is still too angry to die and goes on business as usual
fpbp
I've never watched a single episode
I'll admit that the last episode was waaaaay better then the previous one, but there were still some scenes where I thought what in the fuck are they doing, primarily killing off the dragon as shitty as the Night King.
>>Is literally too angry to die
Not really. His primary motivation goes from the desire for revenge to the desire to protect after QI, even if D&D still had him play le angry cunt man now and again for laughs. Still one of the best surviving characters
I stopped liking the series at s4 but I absolutely love how hard DnD make the entire internet seethe
>one of the greatest swordmen in the world
then why did that woman kick his ass
>Battle of the Bastards may be the best episode of the series
you are a fucking joke that episode is ass
I loved Game of Thrones which I why I now hate it
The people who claim to love current GoT probably spent season 1-3 50% on their phones
This, why the fuck would I watch this when anime exists.
>>One of few non-Targaryen people to ride a dragon
what?
I love how D&D seem to really care about this character.
At least on site had a working tactic.
>Battle of the Bastards
I do it for the memes. False outrage, a manufactured patriarchal sentiment. Whatever it takes to get a laugh, or burn someone's ass, I'll do. It's the same reason I voted for Trump.
I'll admit it, but fuck you OP.
show turned to shit after s4 i'm glad they're atleast burning everything down
I love Seasons 1-4 of Game of Thrones. I'm only watching the rest because I'm a completionist.
>on site
ok, so you are retarded
>Seasons 1-4
Pure glorious kino, amazing TV, some problems but not too many
>Season 5
Hot garbage that basically ruined the show
>Season 6
Somewhat of a return to form
>Season 7
Not quite as bad as season 5 or 8 but still shit with a few good moments like when Jaime charged the dragon
>Season 8
shit, as bad or worse than season 5
I love the earlier seasons. Sometimes I watch clips of the dialogue from seasons 1-3, where it's somehow more entertaining to watch 15 minutes of people talking in a room than it is to watch any of the big action sequences from series 6 onwards.
It's the only show since True Detective I've bothered getting invested in. It's pretty good for TV standards yes. But it does injustice to the source material.
I used to love both the books and show, but haven't watched it since season 6
Im the only one who wants Dany to burn them all?
I just want Malazan Empire TV show. Why they can spend 15 millions per episode on a show that does product placement for starbucks but not actually fucking finished novel?
>Season 6 WOOWIEEE MUMMY LOOK AT ALL THE HORSES
get a load of this pleb
They're all being huge cunts to her for no reason now. After she saved all their asses.
I think he meant "get carried by a dragon"
Don't bother, D&D didn't get what the story was about.
When Ned Stark died for being a good man D&D really did think he was an idiot. They forgot he left a legacy both familial and in legacy that would never let Lannisters keep King's Landing.
in loyalty*
They thought it was for shock value. They thought the same of Red Wedding. This is why those moments have had such poor aftermath. Especially the Red Wedding which was near forgotten on the show. It's the cause-and-effect that makes the books good. The show relies too much on shock factor and too little on the consequences of action. GRRM is not a nihilist which you might think just watching the show.
You just gave the reason.
Fucking weebfag
nah. Game of Thrones is like drinking as an alcoholic
>first sip is glorious
>feel great for an hour or two
>keep drinking because you can't stop yourself
>3rd hour is where the night should end
>but you keep drinking anyway
>rest of the night is spent trying to get back to the fun drunk levels
>your body is depleted of electrolytes and dopamine
>you start puking. your body has had enough
>in the final hour, the best feeling of the night you have before going to sleep is getting that last bit of puke out
that's where we're at. getting that last bit of puke out so we can just put this shit to bed. it feels good getting that last bit out, but it doesn't change the fact that you're violently vomiting.
True Detective is another amazing show.
Yah season 1-4 were amazing
Season 5-7 felt iffy / noticeable decline in quality
Season 8 wtf....
S8 is just now starting to get decent again when they're back on GRRM's plot. I feel like E4 held a consistent quality throughout.
Season 1: One of the best shows I've seen with a lot f promise
Season 2:Still great but some story lines(Dany's, Bran's, and Arya's) are kind of boring
Season 3: Still great but the weak story lines are becoming slightly more annoying
Season: Good but all the storylines look weaker at this point. Most of the good characters are dead by the end of this season and the future of the show begins looking uncertain
Season 5: Terrible season. Not only what they did in Dorne but also for destroying Stannis's character. Terrible cliffhangers that should have been a sign for the bad things to come
Season 6: One of the last seasons thats watchable. Very predictable season. At least Arya and Bran's story lines finally come to an end. The last 2 episodes are the only saving grace. The spectacle was something new and a welcomed sight to see
Season 7: Terrible season. The writers don't even give a shit anymore at this point. Nothing makes sense. Spectacle seems to be their only priority this season. Every main character has plot armor. All the political intrigue is gone at this point. The show starts becoming the good guys vs the bad guys
Season 8: The final nail in the coffin. In one season they have destroyed all the good story threads. They are too preoccupied with "subverting expectations". The writing is CW teen drama tier. The visual effects are terrible. The people responsible with continuity (if they even have any) are lazy. The battles are terrible and make no sense. Every character and their development has been destroyed. The porn parodies are more watchable thatn this piece of shit
S2>S1>S3
S1 was all around great
S2 had higher ups and lower lows
S3 feels ok but some character start to deviate
S4 was ass
haven't seen a single episode
>Season 6 Back to greatness. Battle of the Bastards may be the best episode of the series
Same as Fargo
S1>=S3>S2
I LOVED season one.
I really liked season two and three.
I really liked parts of season four.
Everything after that, with the exception of a few rare enjoyable scenes like the sept 9/11, has been utter garbage.
Like most people I'm just finishing watching it for closure. The books will never be finished so this is it.
he had a flea bite, he wasn't at 100%
wont even be a memorable episode within a year
