If I were to redo the last four seasons of game of thrones, I would play up Daenerys's villainy more. Even by the end of season 7, it felt like we were suppose to be rooting for her still. She has always been arrogant and forceful, but I wouldn't exactly call any of her actions "evil", not in the context of the show anyway. Burning Sam's family to death didn't even come off as evil to me, it was just Dany's way of protecting herself against enemies that would definitely try to assassinate her after she won.

I would also have Dany join forces with Melisandre.

How do you even operate the ballista? I can understand it on a boat, when it's pointed upward. This one is built too high, you can't shoot down because the back would rise even higher and the crewmen can't reach that high. Even in the current position, the wheels to tighten the firing mechanism are too high up.

I count 4 crewmen. 2 for the wheels, 1 to load and 1 to aim and fire? You'd need at least 4 for the wheels, 2 on each side. Those bolts look pretty big as well, you'd need another 2 to load and carry ammo. That brings us to a 7 man crew. Also, where is the reserve ammo? Do they only have 1 shot per balista? There's also barely any room for the guy aiming to stand, he'd be in constant danger of falling off the platform onto the lower part. The longer I look at that platform the less sense it makes.
