We know the undead all get to the barrier and just stop, so there was no way any unsullied were still out there fighting.

And at the same time, somehow there's still Dothraki alive, despite 99.99% of them perishing on that charge straight into the undead horde in which all their flaming swords go out. We see maybe a few of them get back to the lines with Jorah, but barely a few hundred could have made it back.
