People who died due to using the stones or obtaining the soul stone can't be wished back with the stones it for some reason is an unwritten rule, vision was the mind stone not the body that housed it, and with it destroyed he is dead forever. Or until some bullshit brings him back for that sick movie dosh.

wish for an object that could wish those souls back then. It's not like that glove had unbeatable rules

They're the physical manifestation of those primal forces, only something on the scale of the living tribunal would be able to do something they can't.

Could you not then wish for the living tribunal or any number of the uber powerful characters in the comics like the one above all to show up and help? Isn't that what happened in the comics? All the super duper powerful cosmic whatevers got together and fixed it so the stones could never be used that way again?

You'd have to know they existed to actively wish for them, in the comics they turned up from time to time and were known constants. Also the comics were actually written to make some level of sense where as the movies are written in a way to pace out the CGI set pieces so logic doesn't factor into the script much.

For the whole battle of wakanda they where rushing against time to separate him from the stone, this means he could still work whitout it, it was just a long project, Tony Stark could have rebuilt him in the five year after the snappening.

What about Thors hammer? Wouldn't have taking it when they went back in time create a change? And where did Cap leave it after he ditched everyone and ran off with it?

I'd have to assume that at the very least Thor should be aware that some of those characters exist. Or some Asgard survivors maybe as the first Thor movies pretty much showed he was a fighter and drinker and maybe not so into gaining knowledge from Odin.
