I couldn't look at him with all the tubes coming out of him without crying but they managed to find the blockage and put a stent in so he should be alright.

Death Note.
But the anime.
When my dad had a heart attack and had to go through a triple bypass surgery, I loaded my pendrive with, I don't know why, a bunch of Jim Carrey and Tom Hanks movies, to take with me to the hospital. It was rough. Those got us through, a little bit.
My dad had one he's making it though. My mom died in March. I would recommend something but desu getting older is painful and I can't decide if escapism is a good option or not.
my grandma has like a thousand stents in her and she's still alive so I mean....
Yeah. It's fucking rough. My dad is divorced so I had to take care of him a lot post-surgery. Helping the nurse remove his shit-filled diaper, getting a glance of his flaccid dick, shit-stained balls, the smell filling the room, his expression of complete shame and impotency. That's the moment the image of my father shattered for good inside my head. No kid should have to clean his father's ass before getting to clean his baby's first.
This is what results from having sex in the first place. It is a cycle of suffering that is inevitable. Our entire culture is based on the lie that suffering can be avoided. Best to embrace it imo. Take up your cross and walk.
WEEEEEEEEWWWWWW I"M SO HAPPY FOR YOU
christ
I can never tell if these posts are just pretending and only for (You)s but I can't break myself out of the mindset that you're completely right and it's killing me.
I'm not pretending. I've lived a decently long life (33 years) and I've studied religion and philosophy for a long time amateurishly. What I just said is in the bible, the dammapadda, the vedanta, etc. All that is composed shall eventually decompose. In my opinion the pain is worth our time in the sun.
>My dad needed help once in his life, now I can't think about him the same way anymore.
Look at this cuck.
How has this not been mentioned?
He is right but being overly dramatic. Over time you just learn to withstand the daily load and the eventual beatings and appreciate the nuggets of joy that pop out unexpectedly, that's living for you. A much tougher pill to swallow is the effect time has on our bodies.
Dad passed away this way couple od years ago :'(
At least it wasn't a fart attack.
Everybody is bound to experience what I did, hopefully in the right time, way later in life. My father is a deeply troubled person that ignored his doctors' every advice, including telling him to take cholesterol pills for over a decade, in what amounted to a very slow, deliberate and cowardly suicide attempt, just to "get back" at my mom for divorcing his abusive, unstable ass. His arteries were 95% clogged at age 50, that isn't supposed to happen.
*tink tink tink*
My old man despises me, drinks and smokes to try and cope with the shame i've brought on the family and will likely stroke out because of me.
I get that but it's the whole bringing children into it all that I can't get past.
If you're a functioning adult you've probably come to the conclusion, somehow, that life is worth living despite the suffering. That is remarkable in itself, as not everybody is able to come to that point, lots of disfunctioning people out there. If you're dysfunctional, it's probably best that you don't have children. Definitely don't have them if you think they'll somehow fix your life or relieve your unberable suffering. But if you're a functioning adult, one of the most meaningful things you can do as a human being is to have children, and nurture them, so they can reach the same conclusion as you did. To transmit the truth that life is worth living throughout time, that's the best most of us will be able to do with our lives.
Unironically Big Fish
And zoomers are doing such a good job of fixing it themselves lol
Back to rebbit, kid
zoomers are still in highschool you fucking braindead retard. just die already and give your pension to someone who won't use it all on medical bills and pain killers and diabetes medicines you fat clown
Your head can't hallucinate without life though.
