Which one is the best?
Which one is the best?
The ones Tim Burton directed
BASED
The second one is the best but ITT you will either have people pretending the first one is because they want to come across as more knowledgeable by saying something different than what's expected, or just people who are having a good time that will say the 3rd one.
>They're only pretending to have an opinion different than mine
Autism
I didn't enjoy a single one of them. Overhyped crime dramas.
>Masterpiece-tier
The Dark Knight
>Pretty great-tier
Batman Begins
>Slightly passable-tier
The Dark Knight Rises
TDK is the best one, but Batman Begins is quite underrated.
It had the most “Gotham” feel out all the three movies.
Why did Alfred burn Rachel's letter though?
2nd. And Joker was supposed to be the sentancing judge in 3. But since the actor killed himself, Nolan fell back on Xillian M.
Heath Ledger was a giant Fag who blamed all the hollywood degeneracy hed been a part of on “learning to play the Joker.”
take ledger out of TDK and begins is the clear winner
>take a key part of a movie out and it becomes worse
Wow, what a surprise
Unironically the third film because of the plane scene.
I enjoy it so much I ant even put it into words
GOTEM
Take Ledger out of TDK and I'd enjoy it more, Two-Face was far more compelling than le edgy agent of chaos
the one with bat nipples
>build up a lot for the two face transformation
>he barely have five minutes of screentime after turning into it
what idiotic decision was that?
How contrarian of you
I felt that Heath Ledger's performance was derivative of Brandon Lee in The Crow.
Because sometimes the truth isn’t good enough. Sometimes, people deserve more. Sometimes people deserve to have their faith rewarded.
Thanks, it's my real opinion to boot
Can we all agree Nolan gave Michael Caine a great arc to work with over the three movies?
I hated the two face story the first time I saw it. Upon each rewatch, however, I find it works more
Sometimes men aren't looking for anything logical
I've always preferred Two-Face as a character, his internal struggle and obsession with chance. The Joker is fun but I never found him all that compelling. I just wish Two-Face had more screen time, he's a villain deserving of his own movie.
This. Ledger was entertaining for a moment but in the end his performance was middling.
Always happens when famous people kill themselves.
The beta army rises
Batman Begins, how is that even a fucking question.
Actually had a great story arc for both characters that felt relevant to both the audience and the characters themselves, not just a generic “edgy anarchist power fantasy” aimed at 15 year olds where the only emotional connection to the audience is the “damsel in distress” trope.
The first one is the only one worth watching.
Begins. Dark Knight has some bullshit plotpoints.
>he is a villian deserving of his own movie
Yea I think that's how I always felt about it
I genuinely like TDKR more.
Did you watch after the credits? Slows down a lot and on the whole isn't as memorable or interesting.
Normies seem to love these movies but I really really find them boring.
Rises isn't even in the conversation even though Bane is iconic. If you take Joker out of The Dark Knight it's a shit tier poorly written and poorly made film. I laugh every time when the semi-trailer flips because they didn't even CGI out the air cannon that flips it. Unreal. Batman Begins is the overall best film hands down.
This is the right answer.
Those and Begins are the best Batman films.
I thought for sure he wasn't actually dead and the third movie was going to be more focused around him.
