How is Falcon able to fly AND use/throw the shield at the same time? Falcon has to use his hands a lot to use the wings and make turns. Even in the comics they gloss over how the heck Falcon and don't answer this question. They just have him hold the shield most of the time and hardly throw it.

I'm hoping that Falcon doesn't actually use it the same way Cap did. He's not a super soldier and doesn't have the strength to block super powered attacks with it (the movies never really kept the idea that it diffuses all kinetic energy like the one time it stopped Thor's hammer). I can't really think of a way for him to use it in the same capacity, so maybe it'll end up just on his back as a symbol and last ditch turtle defensive option.

Within the movies Falcon deserves it. But the shield just doesn't work with Sams established fighting style and power set. And I think what's going to happen is that the shit that makes Falcon cool are going to be dropped to make him a less effective Cap or a Cap that makes no sense because he has no established super human abilities.

Their series should just have them use the shield interchangeably for different things.
Keeps the stupendous superhuman shenanigans and the symbol going, both have and use it, its fine.
