Robb would still be butthurt about Theon turning on him directly, but Robb was always too much like his dad (which is why he followed his footsteps right into the grave). Jon would be lenient, though, yes. He executes the crows because he has to make a point as the new leader, the other crows need to fall in line, he needs to prove himself to Stannis for his troops, and he needs to appease the wildlings, it's something that had to be done. Jon himself is nowhere near as rigid as Ned and Robb were, he tries to abandon the watch and puts the interest of family first and breaks his vows multiple time, if Jon was as much like Ned as you think he'd have already killed himself. The initial story of Tysha is told in the show, in season 2.
That is, that Tyrion's first wife, Tysha, was a woman he and Jaime rescued from some rapers. Tyrion and her banged that night, and later got married. Later, Jaime told Tyrion that Tysha was actually a whore that Tywin had paid to lie to Tyrion and pretend to love him, and Jaime was in on it. Tyrion then watched as Tywin let his men take turns fucking her and paid her for it. Obviously, this is a spot of trauma for Tyrion.

When Tyrion is sentenced for killing Joffrey and Jaime sets him free, in the books here, Jaime tells Tyrion the truth about Tysha. That actually, she was not a whore at all, and that was a lie Tywin instructed Jaime to tell Tyrion. Tywin merely wanted an easy way to annul the marriage, so he made up this lie and let his guards rape her. In the show, this scene was ommitted, despite it being a pretty fucking big part of Tyrion/Jaime's relationship, and as a result Show Tyrion still believes she really was just a whore.

Robb's too up-his-own-arse about being noble while still letting emotion guide him, he can't accept the bigger picture which is why he declares king and tries to stand by his would-be bastard son and gets killed by Walder for it. Jon is all about the bigger picture, allying with wildlings who killed his mates and Stannis who would have put his brother to the sword, breaking his vows and changing the rules solely for the sake of saving the realm.
